Public Health Days – Formula 1 Edition was an enriching weekend of training and community engagement held on February 7th and 8th, 2026. Designed to combine knowledge, skill-building, and social impact, this event brought together motivated participants eager to deepen their understanding of key public health challenges. Throughout the weekend, several important themes were explored, including mental health, addictions, antimicrobial resistance, and environment and health. The sessions were led by highly qualified trainers, offering participants valuable insights and practical perspectives on these crucial public health topics. In addition, a dedicated communication skills session was organized to better prepare participants for effective interaction with the community during their field activities. Beyond the educational aspect, the weekend also focused on team bonding and social activities, creating a warm and dynamic atmosphere that truly made participants feel like part of the PHD family. These moments of connection strengthened collaboration and motivation among the participants. To ensure that knowledge was put into practice, a follow-up community outreach was conducted in seven student residences. This step allowed participants to transform the theoretical knowledge gained during the training into real-life action by raising awareness and engaging directly with the community. Public Health Days – Formula 1 Edition was therefore not only a learning experience but also a meaningful opportunity to turn knowledge into impact while building a strong and united public health community.
