The Exchange Gathering, a new initiative by the exchange committees, successfully brought together former and new active members for a weekend of training and collaboration. This event was a significant step in re-establishing a cherished tradition for the “blue committees.”
The gathering took place in Hammamet on February 10th and 11th, 2024 and was designed to immerse participants in the world of exchanges. Attendees took part in various interactive training sessions that covered a range of key topics, including the exchange charter, emotional intelligence, planning for the summer season, and the important role of the SCORA and SCORP committees within the exchange program.
Described as a high-quality get-together, the project successfully fostered a vibrant environment for discussion and shared learning. By equipping new members with foundational knowledge and strengthening the bonds within the community, the Exchange Gathering prepared a new generation of “blue soldiers” to ensure the program’s continued success.
