Associa-Med’s Unforgettable AGOE 2025 in Sousse!
The Local Committee of Sousse proudly organized Associa-Med members’ unforgettable weekend at Hôtel L’Orient Palace from March 22nd to 24th, 2025, for the Ordinary Elective General Assembly (Assemblée Générale Ordinaire Élective – AGOE) March 2025. The atmosphere was both convivial and reflective, perfectly blending with the spirit of Ramadan.
This pivotal event saw the election of a new Executive Board for the 2025-2026 term, following a comprehensive review and end-of-mandate reports of the 2024-2025 board. Crucially, new bylaws and internal regulations were adopted, setting a promising new direction for the association.
Beyond the formal proceedings, the AGOE 2025 was packed with enriching activities, including:
- Engaging training sessions across vital areas like medical education, public health, sexual and reproductive health and rights (including HIV/AIDS), professional and research exchange, human rights and peace.
- Practical skill development in digital marketing and graphic design.
- In-depth discussions about the future of Associa-Med, particularly during the EB session, which helped shape a shared, ambitious, and meaningful vision for the road ahead.
This memorable weekend, marked by significant decisions and inspiring exchanges, will undoubtedly be a cornerstone in Associa-Med’s journey.
