The SCORA RAISES AWARENESS project successfully dedicated the month of October to breast cancer awareness, making a powerful impact on the community. Our members, trained by Dr. Hatem El Houimel from the ONFP, organized a series of workshops focused on critical topics like risk factors, early detection, and self-examination.
The campaign’s success was driven by three key events:
- October 15th: In collaboration with the ONFP, we hosted a highly successful awareness campaign at Place Sidi Yahia.
- October 16th: Partnering with the IEEE, we conducted a training session at the “École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Sousse” to fill information gaps among students.
- October 27th: In a final effort, we teamed up with the Red Crescent to offer both awareness and free screenings at Place Sidi Yahia.
