The SCOPH committee successfully completed its Rage Out initiative, a crucial campaign dedicated to rabies prevention. This project aimed to educate and empower students to act against this fatal but entirely preventable disease.
The initiative began with a training session on February 24, 2025, at the Faculty of Medicine of Monastir, where volunteers were equipped with essential knowledge. Following this, a public awareness day was held on February 25, 2025, where the team conducted interactive and educational interventions at primary schools, middle schools, and high schools.
During these sessions, students were informed about the dangers of rabies, key prevention methods, and the vital importance of vaccination. The Rage Out campaign reinforced the message that effective sensitization and collective action are key to building a future without rabies.
